This acronym stands for specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound, evaluated, and re-adjusted. Brandon believes the first step is always the most daunting one when chasing a big goal, so the “S” is the most important part of the SMARTER strategy. He remarked, “The more specific you are about what you want to do, the easier it is to take meaningful action to get it done.”
